With over 19 years in multi-site, global supply chains, I build systems that align demand signals, supplier networks, and execution through clear decision frameworks — keeping teams aligned at scale and under pressure.

Metrics exist in most organizations. Processes exist. What breaks down is the connection between them: KPIs that don't prompt action, escalation paths that don't hold, planning cycles that justify instead of govern. That's where I focus.
